How do you feel about the RCxRules company and team?
From the first meeting, through the contract negotiation, and more importantly, after using the product for over four years, the RCx team members have always been straight-shooters; very transparent during the good times and the times when a difficult conversation is necessary. They are very good people to work with. I’ve dealt with a lot of vendors in my time, and they are the very best I’ve worked with.
Can you describe what the return on investment has been through the use of RCxRules?
We have been able to automate the correction of information passing through interfaces, and also alter the state of information coming from one system to match the requirements of the receiving system. This saves an incredible amount of manual labor and reduces errors associated with humans making mistakes in getting the data in the state necessary for billing.
Is there anything else you would tell a prospective customer of RCxRules?
Be sure to spend the time to really think through what is possible with this system, or call someone who has been using it for a while. It can do amazing things and sometimes you need to bend your mind a little bit to see that.
